Order Processing

Every Redneck Hood™ order is reviewed before payment approval. Approved orders will ship within 5–10 business days after payment approval. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

This timeframe covers order processing and fulfillment before the package is transferred to the shipping carrier. After the package is transferred to USPS, USPS Ground Advantage currently has an expected delivery standard of 2–5 business days. USPS transit times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary by destination or conditions. The total estimated delivery window is 7–15 business days after payment approval.

Shipping Rate

Standard shipping is a flat $8 per order.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once the order ships. Tracking updates and estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Contact Redneck Hood™ immediately if an address correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has shipped.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery times after an order leaves Redneck Hood™.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact Redneck Hood™ through the Contact page at redneckhood.com. Include your order number and any relevant photographs so the issue can be reviewed.
